⢠Elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements with business, IT, and management stakeholders ⢠Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices ⢠Lead and coordinate the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment ⢠Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives ⢠Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure communication and alignment ⢠Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy ⢠Support continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes ⢠Prepare and maintain solution designs, process descriptions, and other documentation ⢠Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and support long-term solution sustainability ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project standards
đŻ Requirements
⢠At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant ⢠Salesforce Certified Business Analyst ⢠Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management ⢠Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem ⢠Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions ⢠Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders ⢠Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities ⢠High ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail ⢠Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments ⢠Proactive mindset focused on delivering business value ⢠English proficiency at B2 level or higher ⢠German proficiency at C1 level ⢠Additional Salesforce certifications, project references, client-facing international experience, and willingness to participate in on-site activities are pluses
