• Drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through phone, email, social media, and events. • Work on a named account list delivering personalized outreach to generate leads and build strong connections. • Source and engage new leads across multiple channels (prospect & qualify). • Keep an organized and active lead pipeline (pipeline management). • Consistently meet lead generation KPIs (hit targets). • Stay current on industry trends to refine messaging (market research). • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine approach. • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
• 1+ year of outbound sales experience in B2B org. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce). • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline management. • An understanding of ProServ. • Legally entitled to work in Canada and or the US. • Preference to be based out of Ontario. • Experience working in a SaaS organization. • Previous work experience cold calling.
