📋 Description

• Categorize, prioritize, and resolve incoming service requests with a solution-oriented approach • Analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments and identify opportunities for optimization • Provide remote customer support and collaborate with colleagues on projects • Handle incidents, change requests, and general inquiries • Create clear, practical documentation and guides for colleagues and customers • Contribute ideas and further develop services and project processes • Work independently, systematically, and responsibly on tasks and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and practical experience administering Windows client/server environments and cloud systems • Interest in the further development of products and the strategic direction of INVENTRY • Strong hands-on mentality • Willingness to learn new topics and pursue continuous professional development • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer focus • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification • Team player with enthusiasm for new challenges • Excellent written and spoken German • Good written and spoken English
