⢠C2 level of Hindi & English proficiency ⢠Technical experience in cloud services or SAAS products such as M365, O365, Azure, Copilot (at least 1 of them) or cloud services competitors of Microsoft, such as Google Workspace or AWS ⢠Customer or client-facing experience, making presentations ⢠Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem ⢠1-2 years experience in IT service/support, seeking to leverage those skills in an analytic role ⢠Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data ⢠Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision project & time management, coordination, status updates, etc ⢠Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
