📋 Description
• Lead client requirements and design sessions independently. • Configure and deliver Workday solutions. • Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership. • Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice. • Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
