📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate-level key accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain—to meet customer requirements and resolve issues quickly. • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • Identify opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts, including introducing new products and services. • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports for both customers and internal stakeholders. • Represent IP Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development—preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or composites. • Proven success managing large, complex accounts with multi-site or multi-division relationships. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans. • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and leadership. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 50-60% to visit key accounts and attend industry events.
