📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of digital product projects with excellence • Act as the central link between business areas, technology and stakeholders • Transform the complexity of multiple simultaneous initiatives into structured, predictable, and results-oriented execution • Ensure each project is delivered within time, scope and cost objectives • Plan, monitor and control all project phases • Promote alignment across multidisciplinary teams, active risk management, governance, demand prioritization and transparent communication • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital product projects • Design and keep each project schedule up to date with streams, phases and milestones • Lead status meetings, project committees and war rooms when necessary • Monitor compliance with SLAs and deadlines agreed between areas • Identify, classify and monitor risks in each project • Propose and follow up on mitigation and contingency plans • Escalate critical risks to leadership with recommended actions • Maintain historical records of risks and lessons learned • Serve as the focal point for integration between business, technology, design, marketing and operations teams • Translate business requirements into language understandable by technical teams and vice versa • Prepare and distribute clear, actionable progress reports • Propose improvements to project management processes and rituals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in squad, tribe or product cell environments • Experience liaising with multiple areas (business, technology, design, marketing) • Previous work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or hybrid approaches • Experience in technology companies, fintechs, startups or innovation areas (desirable) • Creation and maintenance of a Risk Matrix • Knowledge of the stages of digital product development • Development of schedules and product roadmaps • Project management tools (Jira, MS Project or similar) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or related fields
