📋 Description

• Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. • Collect and refine briefs, ensuring information is communicated clearly to internal teams. • Lead presentations of deliverables and action plans to clients, defending the agency’s strategic choices. • Identify new client needs and propose solutions that generate value and growth. • Mediate conflicts and manage adverse situations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach. • Create schedules, define milestones, and allocate resources for the execution of marketing plans. • Monitor the status of all internal tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Prepare SOWs (Scope of Work), track budgets, and ensure project profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. • Solid experience in account management and/or project management within advertising agencies. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Iclips, Trello, or similar). • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and data analysis (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Reportei). • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage high information flow and multiple projects simultaneously. • Intermediate to advanced use of AI tools will be considered a plus.
