• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and specialists across Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations. • Oversee end to end operational workflows for ingestion, transformation, QA, and delivery of Identity, Consumer, and HCP data. • Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams to identify required enhancements and operational capabilities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data handling requirements specific to Identity, Consumer, and HCP datasets. • Develop multi quarter operational improvement plans across all three data disciplines. • Serve as the senior point of contact for internal teams requesting Identity, Consumer, or HCP data support.
• 8+ years in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related functions. • 4+ years of people leadership, including managing multiple teams or domains. • Experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of data ingestion, mapping, QC, transformation, and operational SLAs. • Proven track record building scalable, automated, and compliant data processes. • Excellent communication, relationship building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
