📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day direction of a Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals while supporting staff development and operational excellence • Drive compliant study execution, strengthen client relationships, and step into project management responsibilities as needed to ensure high-quality delivery • Monitor productivity, quality, and contract performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting performance management and professional growth • Ensure studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and/or EMEA guidelines and Good Clinical Practice requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred • Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferred • Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferred • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
