📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies for energy audits, controls, and IIOT solutions. • Train internal teams and partners on energy efficiency tools and best practices. • Identify and promote energy efficiency incentives available in Italy. • Conduct ROI studies and define economic models for proposed solutions. • Support sales teams in identifying retrofit opportunities and aftermarket growth. • Collaborate on turnkey projects including heat recovery and installations. • Lead the introduction of new products and technologies in the energy efficiency space. • Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy and support cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role • Intermediate proficiency in English • Strong understanding of compressed air systems and energy efficiency technologies • Knowledge of Italian energy incentives and Industry 5.0 concepts
