📋 Description

• Manage and document Tier 3 Employee Relations cases, utilizing a Case Management tool to drive cases to resolution, escalating to internal Legal function or external legal providers as necessary. • Consult with people managers to provide guidance on day-to-day employee issues, and respond to complex inquiries covering disciplinary action, performance management, policy breach, and internal investigations. • Ensure compliance by investigating Ethics Line reports and collaborating with third-party providers on unemployment claim inquiries to uphold organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR) with demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations. • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations principles, labor laws, and case management best practices, with experience supporting North America. • Proven ability in sound decision-making, root cause analysis, and problem-solving, particularly in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. • Bachelor's degree and fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
