📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven compliance management systems and Human Resources Information Systems to automate workflows, monitor key metrics, and maintain digital audit trails. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations and advise the business on regulatory obligations. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and local regulations by conducting regular compliance assessments, monitoring legal changes, and delivering targeted training programs to promote a culture of ethical business practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region. • Strong knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards. • Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with a high level of integrity and discretion. • Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferable.
