📋 Description

• Collect and analyze customer data to identify activity trends, develop root cause analysis for data anomalies, and document recommended activity caps • Provide Subject Matter Expert support for solution design and program development • Work closely with Sales and implementation teams to support new contract implementations • Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate invoicing for program overages • Manage the financial integrity of each deal • Create and maintain monthly dashboard reporting for Managed Service Program accounts • Manage opportunity reporting in Salesforce • Identify program gaps and drive continuous process improvements across the managed service ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data analytics, program management, or financial operations • Strong knowledge of solution design, root cause analysis, and dataset evaluation • Proven ability in dashboard creation and financial reporting • Experience managing opportunities within Salesforce • Exceptional communication skills for Subject Matter Expert support to Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Bilingual capability indicated by the title
