📋 Description

• Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including WordPress developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA, to ensure smooth project execution. • Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively. • Review deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality, functionality, SEO best practices, accessibility, and alignment with project requirements. • Identify project risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher). • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing WordPress website development projects within a digital marketing agency or web development agency. • Strong understanding of the WordPress website development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support. • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams. • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar. • Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
