📋 Description

• Organize and maintain creative assets across team projects, ensuring files are properly named, versioned, and accessible. • Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana, keeping timelines accurate and team members aligned on priorities. • Conduct quality assurance reviews on deliverables before client submission, checking accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness. • Support pod organization initiatives, including scheduling, capacity tracking, and cross-functional communication. • Stage and manage images within Figma for review, presentation, or handoff. • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency. • Coordinate between creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards. • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management. • Nice to have: Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration. • Nice to have: Experience in content, marketing, creative, or agency environments; supporting creative production teams and content workflows; or understanding content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.
