📋 Description

• Organize and maintain all creative assets across team projects, ensuring files are properly named, versioned, and accessible. • Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana, keeping timelines accurate and team members aligned on priorities. • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews on all deliverables prior to client submission, checking for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness. • Support pod organization initiatives, including scheduling, capacity tracking, and facilitating communication across cross-functional team members. • Stage and manage images within Figma, preparing visual assets for review, presentation, or handoff. • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency. • Serve as a central point of coordination between creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role. • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards. • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams. • Nice to Have: Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management. • Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration. • Previous experience working within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment. • Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows. • Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.
