📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Create and maintain project schedules • Work with project teams to remove roadblocks • Oversee all phases of the project, from initial design and permitting to final walkthrough and client handover • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards • Build the project timeline framework • Coordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and site visits • Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays • Use project management software to maintain schedules and track progress • Collaborate with design, sales, and accounting to keep the process transparent and on track • Maintain regular communication with clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors • Clearly communicate project expectations and progress • Prepare and submit regular scorecard reports to management • Evaluate team performance based on data analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovations - Mandatory • Proven track record of successfully managing remodeling and renovation projects • Solid knowledge of construction processes • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend is a plus) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
