📋 Description

• Lead current-state assessments and future-state organization designs, including operating models and structures, with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders • Lead workforce planning for the client group and support a robust global workforce-planning discipline • Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics for root-cause analysis, storytelling, and decision-making • Identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and improve frameworks using internal lessons and external best practices • Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, communicate complex data and concepts clearly, and handle confidential information discreetly • Travel internationally approximately 15–20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources data and analytics • Business fluency in English • Proven ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences • Strong project management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and curiosity to understand “the why” • Familiarity with the Workday platform and its functionality • Comfort challenging the status quo • Flexibility to travel internationally; anticipated travel of 15–20% of the time • Management consulting within a large, global, and complex organization is preferred but not required • HR function experience, such as HR business partnering, is preferred but not required
