📋 Description

• Effectively develop and deliver the Go-To-Market enablement strategy for your assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Product Management roadmap. • Design and continuously deliver high-impact training videos, e-learning paths, talk track guides, podcasts, job aids, and live product demos. • Conduct and facilitate interactive live training sessions tailored specifically for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams. • Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to harvest technical knowledge and ensure training aligns with revenue goals. • Gather learner feedback and analyze usage data to measure the success of training programs, continuously updating materials to maintain accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience establishing Sales or Product Enablement functions within a highly cross-functional, global environment. • A strong technical background in Digital Transformation processes, ideally with prior experience in SaaS or content management solutions. • Proficiency with course design software (such as Articulate 360), multimedia editors (Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia), and LMS platforms. • Practical experience or strong curiosity regarding Adult Learning Theory, with a proven ability to translate complex technical specs into simple value messaging. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with absolute fluency in English (multilingual assets are a plus), backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field. • Professional-level fluency in English and a second language French would be a plus.
