📋 Description
• Develop and deliver the Go-To-Market enablement strategy for the assigned product portfolio in alignment with the Product Management roadmap • Design and continuously deliver training videos, e-learning paths, talk track guides, podcasts, job aids, and live product demos • Conduct and facilitate interactive live training sessions for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to gather technical knowledge and align training with revenue goals • Gather learner feedback and analyze usage data to measure training-program success • Continuously update enablement materials to maintain accuracy • Provide comprehensive global support to Commercial teams for successful go-to-market product launches
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience establishing Sales or Product Enablement functions in a highly cross-functional, global environment • Strong technical background in Digital Transformation processes • Prior experience in SaaS or content management solutions is ideal • Proficiency with course design software such as Articulate 360 • Proficiency with multimedia editors such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia • Proficiency with LMS platforms • Practical experience or strong curiosity regarding Adult Learning Theory • Ability to translate complex technical specifications into simple value messaging • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Absolute fluency in English • Professional-level fluency in English and a second language; French would be a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field
