📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality of web-based, cloud-based, and client/server applications • Incorporate the use of AI across platforms to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities early in the software development lifecycle • Oversee the automation of functional, regression, integration, and performance tests • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of automation tools and best practices across the team • Serve as the primary advocate for automation across the organization • Track and report production bugs, providing detailed analyses of trends, root causes, and preventive measures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field • 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation • 5+ years of experience managing QA and automation teams in enterprise environments • Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, performance, and automation testing • Working knowledge of Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices • Strong understanding of software quality metrics, defect lifecycle management, and root cause analysis methodologies • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent QA certification, preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or Agile certification, preferred • Strong experience with backend/database testing using SQL and validating complex data integrations.
