• Lead solution design for Atlassian implementations, ensuring technical solutions align with client business objectives and long-term strategy. • Partner with clients to understand business challenges, facilitate requirements discovery, and translate needs into scalable solution architectures. • Provide technical leadership throughout engagements, guiding implementation teams and recommending best practices across the Atlassian ecosystem. • Collaborate with Engagement Leads, consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional client satisfaction. • Support multiple client engagements simultaneously while effectively managing priorities, timelines, and competing demands. • Identify technical risks, implementation challenges, and opportunities for process improvement, proactively recommending solutions. • Contribute to client retention, account growth, and project profitability through exceptional consulting and trusted advisory relationships. • Support engagement planning, status reporting, documentation, and ongoing client communications. • Maintain and expand Atlassian expertise by earning and maintaining required certifications and accreditations. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, delivery standards, and internal knowledge sharing.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and administering Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and related solutions. • 3+ years leading software implementation projects through the full delivery lifecycle. • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating process discovery. • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services environment. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software implementations. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with technical and executive audiences. • Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously. • Willingness to obtain and maintain at least two Atlassian Certified Professional certifications and additional Atlassian accreditations.
