📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails relating to billing enquiries • Review customer account balances and explain charges professionally and clearly • Assist customers with payment-related queries and account updates • Follow up on outstanding billing matters to ensure timely resolution • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems • Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies • Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional service experience • Accurately document all customer interactions • Ensure all customer information remains confidential and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, billing support, call centre, client services, or administration role • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Comfortable handling customer queries via telephone and email • Confident working across multiple computer systems • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel • Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills • Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively • Monday–Friday availability from 3:00 PM–00:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight saving time • Must work on both South African and U.S. public holidays • Mandatory fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds and wired Ethernet capability • Reliable power backup for load shedding or outages • Dental experience is not required
