📋 Description

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of Solution Architects • Foster and develop employees’ professional skills • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and implement development measures • Build a high-performing team culture and promote knowledge sharing • Plan team resources, capacity, and assignments • Ensure high-quality solution architectures for mid-sized and large customers • Support complex presales and customer projects • Ensure the quality of concepts, architecture designs, and target technical architectures • Assess technical risks and derive appropriate measures • Promote standardization, reusability, and best practices • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Services • Further develop existing services and solution offerings • Identify emerging technology trends and assess their value for customers • Support strategic customer projects and architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, or in a comparable position • Experience leading expert or project teams • In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, cloud, security, networking, or data center technologies • Experience developing complex IT solution architectures • Strong customer and service orientation • Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
