âą Support end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverables âą Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to support program execution and readiness âą Track project deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes âą Manage inbound requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up âą Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new features âą Develop and maintain program documentation, reporting, and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communications âą Analyze operational data to identify trends, surface insights, and contribute recommendations to improve program performance and efficiency âą Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement efforts âą Attend regular internal practice community meetings âą Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership âą Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) âą Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice âą Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) âą Work with leadership on career development opportunities
âą 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a technology environment âą Experience supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technical teams âą Strong project coordination skills, including tracking deliverables, managing risks, and supporting issue resolution âą Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including deal tracking, lead/opportunity management, and partner workflows âą Experience managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process issues âą Experience supporting GTM launches or operational program rollouts âą Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendations âą Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience building reports or dashboards âą Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
