📋 Description

• Provide hardware technical support • Perform diagnostics and repairs on equipment • Install and configure electronic devices • Provide support for the data collection application used on the devices • Work with face recognition devices/systems, performing installation, testing and support • Perform basic network configuration (IP, communication and connectivity) • Execute tests and validate equipment functionality before release for use • Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site • Prepare, organize, and ship equipment (e.g., time attendance devices) via postal service or carrier • Assist with picking up equipment from inventory when necessary • Log technical service calls and maintain equipment tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical support and hardware maintenance • Knowledge of networks and device configuration • Experience installing and configuring electronic equipment • Availability for on-site support when needed • Reside in the South Zone of São Paulo
