📋 Description

• Provide direct commercial support and service to the dealership network, promoting effective use and sale of the offered technology solutions. • Analyze performance reports and monitor KPIs, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve commercial targets and drive continuous improvement in results. • Implement and standardize commercial and operational processes across dealerships, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. • Conduct trainings, workshops, and development sessions (in-person or remote) to expand knowledge and engagement of sales and after-sales teams. • Perform weekly dealership visits (by road and/or air), ensuring active presence and close monitoring of regional operations. • Interact with internal departments of partner manufacturers (marketing, product, after-sales, etc.), bringing field insights and fostering improvement opportunities. • Build strong relationships across all hierarchical levels within dealerships, acting as a trusted partner and strategic ally. • Negotiate with and influence key decision-makers (owners, directors, and managers), ensuring engagement and commitment to business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in Curitiba, PR • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (analysis and dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive presentations) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver trainings and presentations • Ability to engage with senior leadership (directors and executives) with a professional demeanor and confidence • Consultative profile, with autonomy, organization, and results orientation • Availability for frequent travel (ground and air) • Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH)
