📋 Description
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior Field Service Engineers • Lead installation and configuration of advanced equipment at customer sites • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support • Plan, schedule, and execute field service projects • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
🎯 Requirements
• 7 - 10 years of related experience • AA/AS Degree preferred • Mechanical, electromechanical equipment repair experience in the Surface Mount Technology industry sufficient in lieu of degree • Valid U.S. Driver’s License • Valid U.S. passport
