📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and robust software solutions • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural patterns • Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development processes and product quality • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies • Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with agentic development (Claude Code, Github Copilot) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of professional experience in software development • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js/React) • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns • Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) if applicable to the role • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members • Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry is a plus
