• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the team • Assist with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews (with a focus on LATAM candidates) • Help maintain schedules, manage priorities, and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams • Support culture-building initiatives and cowork closely with Brazil-based engineers to foster collaboration • Conduct research, prepare documentation, and create reports as needed • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners • Maintain high attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Brazil-based • Strong technical background or experience working with engineering teams • Previous experience with recruiting and/or interviewing is highly desirable • Excellent written and spoken English (near-perfect fluency required) • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Proactive communicator who can adapt to a dynamic environment • Positive personality and cultural fit with our energetic, collaborative team • Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software, etc.) • Background checks will be required
