📋 Description

• Provide technical support to the project management/account team and consolidate solutions meeting client requirements • Deliver timelines, actionable next steps, and status updates to the project management team • Prioritize workload across accounts to support client satisfaction • Participate in alignment meetings to gather requirements and feedback • Identify technical issues or improvements and guide the project management team toward optimal solutions • Document and report technical developments and processes • Coordinate integration of data inputs into data models through API bridges, templates, and automated or scheduled reporting systems • Develop and approve KPI solutions and perform regression testing • Ensure dashboard data integrity and alignment between source data and platform outputs • Explore media platform data to address evolving requirements and provide insights to Business Intelligence • Develop dashboard wireframes and brief the Business Intelligence team • Collaborate with Data Governance on QA dashboard briefings and data-quality visualizations • Oversee dashboard functionality and data-quality testing • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of dashboard errors • Manage data transfers to non-Publicis users in accordance with data security standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a data, development, or operations role • Experience with data and BI technologies, or strong technical affinity with Power BI, Datorama, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to adhere to deadlines • Clear and developed communication skills • Fluent in English, both verbal and written • Self-motivated and excited about new technologies and processes • Strong team-player abilities • Passion for the advertising and marketing industry • Familiarity with Databricks or similar tools • Prior experience in the advertising or marketing industry would be advantageous
