📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes • Develop and maintain C#-based web services and APIs • Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code according to development standards and best practices • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues • Participate in application deployments, releases, and ongoing production support • Design and optimize SQL Server database objects, queries, and stored procedures • Improve application architecture, performance, reliability, and maintainability • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members • Participate in technical discussions and drive solutions from requirements through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET • Experience developing and maintaining web services and APIs • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server • Experience working with DevExpress or similar enterprise UI frameworks • Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, and delivering enhancements • Experience with software deployment and release processes • Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and application architecture • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment • Must reside and be authorized to work in Costa Rica • Experience with WinForms desktop application development, installer technologies, legacy .NET modernization, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or regulated/enterprise software environments is nice to have
