📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable software • Engage with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to design, develop, and deliver technology solutions • Participate in the entire software development life cycle • Design and develop software solutions using .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core • Maintain and improve existing codebases and perform code reviews • Design and maintain MS SQL/Azure SQL database objects • Liaise with colleagues to implement technical designs • Work with Product Owners and business colleagues to understand requirements, identify functional-design gaps, and suggest improvements • Deliver working solutions meeting or exceeding acceptance criteria • Identify non-functional requirements • Estimate development time for projects, modules, and defect fixes • Provide regular and accurate task-status updates • Participate in software builds, release management, and environment management • Identify system issues and patterns, develop standard operating procedures, and improve system quality • Research and resolve critical production issues • Create technical design specifications and documentation • Demonstrate solutions at iteration and system demos • Provide written knowledge-transfer materials • Monitor emerging technologies and development standards, recommending improvements to the software development lifecycle • Investigate and implement relevant new technologies • Execute unit and integration test plans and support quality assurance activities • Develop performant, scalable, and reliable code

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with C# • Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core • Experience with Azure cloud PaaS technologies • Experience with SQL, MS SQL, and/or Azure SQL • Strong grasp of client-side technologies, including JavaScript frameworks such as Angular • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, work item management, CI/CD, and monitoring tools • Experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC) • Experience with Agile/SAFe and Waterfall methodologies • Ability to design and maintain database objects including tables, stored procedures, functions, and triggers • Ability to prepare and execute unit and integration test plans • Ability to develop code using industry best practices, considering performance, scalability, and reliability • Ability to create technical design specifications and documentation • Ability to research and resolve critical production issues • Ability to make accurate development-time estimates and provide status updates • Ability to participate in software builds, release management, environment management, and quality assurance activities
