📋 Description

• **Responsibilities:** • - **Data Analysis:** Collect, process and analyse data related to various aspects of operational initiatives and growth. • - **Performance monitoring: **Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards (where needed) to track performance of our fleet across KSA, providing meaningful insights. • - **Forecasting:** Utilize historical data and statistical modelling to generate predictions and forecasts of proposed initiatives. • - **Data integrity:** Ensure accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of data for analysis and reporting in daily/weekly trackers. • - **Ad hoc analysis: **Perform ad hoc analysis as and when requested by management & leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • - 2-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related roles. • - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • - Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). • - Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations. • - Excellent communication and presentation skills. • - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
