📋 Description

• Perform manual testing within Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations • Participate in agile projects, including daily SCRUM calls and task updates • Determine level-of-effort estimations • Monitor task execution and meet established project milestones • Collaborate with delivery team members on business solution functional and non-functional requirements • Work independently as a self-starter • Support Web Services and Automation framework development where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com as a QA • Experience performing manual testing within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations • Ability to work on agile projects and participate in daily SCRUM calls • Ability to provide task updates • Ability to determine level-of-effort estimations • Ability to monitor task execution and meet project milestones • Understanding of business solution functional and non-functional requirements • Self-starter able to work independently • Hands-on experience with Web Services • Automation framework development knowledge is a plus • Salesforce Administrator Certification or QA Automation experience is a plus • Good organizational and personal/technical problem-solving skills • Good rapport with team members, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
