🎯 Requirements

• Experience in wholesale sales, account management or a similar commercial role (premium or brand‑led environment preferred). • Experience working with international markets, distributors or multi‑country retail partners. • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising fundamentals and brand execution. • Strong communication skills—clear, confident and culturally sensitive. • High level of organisation and follow‑through; comfortable managing multiple priorities across regions. • Solid Excel capability with the ability to interpret and question commercial data. • Competent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create partner‑ready presentations. • Comfortable working autonomously and making sound commercial judgements. • Passionate about Jellycat—its characters, its fans and its joyful world. • Partnership‑led, collaborative and respectful, while maintaining high standards. • Calm, thoughtful and professional in how you represent the brand. • Proactive and solutions‑oriented, with a willingness to challenge constructively. • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, distance and autonomy, while maintaining momentum and accountability. • Motivated by growth, continuous improvement and delivering excellent work.
