📋 Description

• Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms • Develop weekly and monthly reporting insights to inform client strategies • Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients • Communicate with clients through written and in-person communication • Collaborate across teams to create holistic advertiser solutions spanning the digital spectrum • Interpret attribution modelling and third-party analytics data • Lead weekly status meetings and assign tasks and timelines to colleagues • Participate in internal leadership initiatives • Engage in deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions • Mentor and educate junior staff as the business expands • Report to the designated manager

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies within the Google Marketing Platform • Experience with numerical detail and analysis • Advanced Excel skills are essential • Macros and SQL capabilities • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents • Structured way of working and ability to cope with competing demands • Ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies, consulting, and influencing • Ability to create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues • Resume in English • Comfortable working in English on a daily basis • Legal right to work and remain in the advertised country and location • Willingness to relocate if not currently based in the role's location • Availability and medical fitness for night shifts
