📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using PHP and/or JavaScript on the backend with Laravel and NestJS, and HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js on the frontend; • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and deployment; • Develop and enhance integrations between systems, APIs, and services; • Maintain and evolve applications by troubleshooting issues and applying security, performance, and scalability best practices; • Participate in code reviews, conduct tests, and document features and technical decisions; • Collaborate with Product, Design, and other teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions; • Share knowledge and best practices, participate in technical discussions, and engage in pair programming; • Keep up with emerging technologies, identify process improvements, and contribute to initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field; • 2–4 years of experience in systems development; • Experience in full-stack development with PHP and/or JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks, relational databases, Git, and web security best practices; • Experience with the software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements through deployment; • Clear communication and collaboration skills to share information, align expectations, exchange knowledge, and build solutions together; • Proactivity and autonomy to identify opportunities, anticipate needs, seek solutions, and take ownership of deliverables; • Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage demands responsibly and maintain predictability around deadlines and deliverables; • Critical thinking to analyze situations, consider different perspectives, ask questions when necessary, and propose improvements; • Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning to navigate change, new contexts, and ambiguity; • Maturity to handle pressure, disagreements, and feedback constructively; • Business acumen to understand the impact of your work on customers, the product, and the company’s objectives.
