📋 Description

• Design and build architectural solutions that translate business needs into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions • Lead architecture assessments by understanding the current landscape, business needs, and customer pain points • Design architectures for APIs, microservices, integrations, and event-driven solutions • Translate business needs into solutions using Sensedia products and market technologies • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and decision-making meetings with technical and executive stakeholders • Define strategies for security, governance, observability, CI/CD, and deployment • Support squads during implementation by reviewing code, API contracts, and gateway configurations • Create diagrams, ADRs, roadmaps, and technical guides • Anticipate risks, assess trade-offs, and follow solutions through production deployment • Design solutions involving AI, AI Gateways, LLMs, and agentic architectures • Support presales activities, RFPs, and proof-of-concept projects • Share knowledge and support the development of more junior professionals • Work across different projects within the HIRE Business Unit

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in technology, with consistent experience in solution architecture and integration projects • Strong command of REST API design and lifecycle management, including OpenAPI, contracts, versioning, pagination, idempotency, and error handling • Hands-on experience with API Management or API Gateway platforms such as Sensedia, Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management, or WSO2 • Applied knowledge of microservices architecture and integration patterns • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, or Pub/Sub • Knowledge of API security and identity, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, TLS/mTLS, and secrets management • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including operations and troubleshooting • Proficiency in at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of at least one backend language, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Node.js, Python, or C# • Experience leading assessments, workshops, discovery sessions, and technical conversations with customers • Ability to translate technical decisions for both technical and business audiences • Functional understanding of LLMs, AI solutions, and agentic architectures • Knowledge of key AI security risks, such as prompt injection, data leakage, and excessive agent authorization • Fluent and critical use of AI assistants in engineering and architecture work • Clear communication, consultative approach, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations • Nice to have: experience with Open Finance/Open Insurance, legacy modernization, Infrastructure as Code/GitOps, observability, data architecture, certifications, presales, AI/LLM Gateways, RAG, multi-agent systems, AI frameworks, FinOps, participation in the technical community, and mentoring less experienced professionals
