📋 Description

• Assist the Finance Director and Site Leads with operational accounting and finance activities, reporting, and receipting • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations • Assist with financial processes and ensure financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time • Populate monthly budget health-status reports • Review and submit accrual reports to the Finance Manager • Track and manage invoice documentation in shared storage • Provide administrative support to operations • Support the Facilities Manager with annual budgeting exercises • Complete ad-hoc and routine requests and reports from the client or Finance Manager • Assist with implementing industry best-practice operations • Identify ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards • Manage the local finance playbook • Follow established escalation procedures for finance-related concerns • Manage multiple complex operational matters and prioritize project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in finance, facilities, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of facilities and vendor management for specialized services advantageous • Previous budget management experience • Financial analysis skills • Ability to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets • Ability to support the team as needed • Ability to follow firm procedures and standards while delivering accurately • Ability to interact comfortably with client staff and vendors • Ability to manage conflict and conflicting priorities • Ability to work with vendors to deliver efficient services • Proactive, professional, customer-oriented approach • Ability to manage multiple complex operational matters daily • Ability to prioritize and complete projects efficiently and on time • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity and complex problems • Ability to handle stressful situations • Ability to work independently • Self-motivated, confident, and energetic • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations • Goal-oriented and focused on performance targets • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English and the local language • Active listening skills • Honesty and trustworthiness
