📋 Description

• Supporting our Federal Government client in coordinating emergency management functions • Administering and coordinating emergency management services and resolving on-site challenges • Managing contractor performance and serving as a key contact for emergency management matters • Ensuring compliance with WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies • Maintaining accurate records in property and compliance databases

🎯 Requirements

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory requirement) • Strong administration and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently within tight operational deadlines • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools • Self-motivated, confident, and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations • Prior experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
