📋 Description

• Coordinating customer accounts • Connecting and facilitating collaboration between teams • Optimizing standards • Managing multiple customer accounts and developing best-practice solutions • Coordinating technical building systems and equipment • Optimizing maintenance processes • Ensuring compliance with standards • Managing service providers • Coordinating cross-client tendering processes • Evaluating service provider performance • Preparing budget analyses • Identifying cost-saving opportunities • Developing cost-optimized operating concepts • Coordinating cross-client refurbishment, modernization, and optimization projects • Promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge transfer between sites

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification (Facility Manager, technician, master craftsman) or degree (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering) • Several years of experience in technical facility management • Experience in coordinating or leadership/control functions • Technical leadership of teams • Management of multiple customer accounts • Knowledge of office and industrial properties • Strong knowledge of building and plant engineering • Understanding of compliance requirements • Confident use of CAFM systems and digital tools • Strategic thinking • Flexible working style • Excellent communication skills • Ability to motivate teams and optimize processes • Willingness to travel within the DACH region • Business-fluent German and English
