📋 Description
• Responsible for operations of 10-15 sites in the Southern region Bangalore • Support operational sites on all aspects including technical, soft services, HR Compliance, vendor management and financial targets • Develop and implement business processes and conduct audits for safety & efficiency • Oversee operations including planning, procurement, and maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• 10-15 years of experience in Property Management • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering • Knowledge of CAM Calculation, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV & PA system, HVAC, STP, ETP & WTP, Electrical H.T & L.T System • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills • Leadership qualities
