📋 Description

• Identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and implement changes to improve organizational effectiveness • Automate workflows and reduce manual effort • Leverage AI to simplify complex processes and increase team efficiency • Establish and manage systems to monitor and report ROI metrics to leadership • Establish and support data governance guidelines and best practices • Generate reports on product usage and business impact • Consolidate data across product management, sales, customer success, and engineering teams • Oversee complex projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams • Create process documentation and track change management plans • Present operational metrics to leadership • Drive adoption of approved technologies and track adoption rates and ROI • Analyze the technology landscape, identify overlaps, and recommend architecture improvements • Gather and synthesize feedback from internal teams and external clients • Support product launches, feature releases, and operational initiatives • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and develop contingency plans for product issues • Find innovative solutions to conflicting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the complete product lifecycle from development to retirement • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive product decisions and operational improvements • Expertise in designing, implementing, and refining operational processes • Ability to work effectively across product, technology, and business departments • Understanding of technical concepts and tools relevant to product development, management, and operations • Understanding of business models and how products contribute to organizational goals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong skills in creating and maintaining clear documentation • Ability to approach complex problems methodically, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions • At least 5 years of experience working in a Product Operations or related operational role • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS concepts • Understanding of product and technical documentation, including API, release, architecture, and infrastructure documentation • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Advanced Excel • Proactive attitude with a focus on helping teams deliver value • Passion for efficient product development processes and client and business value
