📋 Description

• Support the delivery of Real Estate Management services and functions to the client property portfolio • Manage a defined portfolio of sites • Manage property on and offs • Conduct property inspections • Manage finance and budgets • Manage building and statutory compliance • Perform asset management • Manage critical dates • Manage rent rolls • Assist with developing client Property Management Plans • Manage key relationships • Manage escalations and complaints • Complete monthly and annual reporting requirements • Promote and implement best practice across owned properties and leased premises for Commonwealth clients • Collaborate with a broader, geographically dispersed team to deliver comprehensive real estate management services

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record • Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent preferred • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration • Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and any additional associated Entity clearances • Must be an Australian Citizen
