📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive examination and review of financial records, reports, management controls, policies and practices affecting or reflecting financial condition and operating results • Help new accounts stabilize and ensure compliance with FRMC Guidelines and JLL policies • Check that procedures comply with contract terms • Pull financial data from designated tools and provide analytical backup support • Review and validate work performed by accountants • Analyse MSAs and SOW documents and ensure accounts follow contract terms and conditions • Understand accounting processes for different types of contracts and their impact on financials • Review and interpret data to formulate conclusions and communicate effectively • Share data insights with internal stakeholders • Maintain effective communications with supervisors, Client Finance team members, and FRMC team members • Support account teams in stabilizing processes and identifying problem areas • Assess MSA and SOW standards and make sound decisions based on them

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting experience • Proven experience reviewing multiple client accounts • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excel proficiency • Deep understanding of accounting processes to effectively validate others' work • Ability to collaborate with finance leads and internal team members • Ability to drive calls with clients and stakeholders independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications • Ability to quickly learn systems and processes • JD Edwards experience is a plus
