📋 Description
• Support Google Regional PM and Senior Project Manager on data centre technical fitout projects • Act as the secondary technical point of contact for local teams and connect Engineering and IT Operations teams for project deployments in Thailand • Support the Regional PM with end-to-end responsibility from planning through handover of fit-out works on site • Resolve technical issues promptly or escalate them appropriately • Ensure work is performed safely and to a high standard of workmanship • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on specifications, material and equipment ordering, approvals, and deployment plans • Track and report key milestones from technical fit-out commencement through completion and handover to Operations • Conduct and drive weekly management and site meetings with general contractors, architects/engineers, and telecom contractors • Coordinate with local construction project managers to align priorities and site management • Manage ordering, delivery, and storage of owner-purchased materials and parts required for data centre turn-ups • Review and track contractor deliverables • Perform inspections, surveys, and regular site walks • Maintain checklists and trackers, raise punch items, and drive punch-list clearance • Oversee OSP/ISP cable pathways, building points of entry, (C)CCNR/SSNR, IDF rooms, and server floors

• Technical knowledge of OSP/ISP cable pathways • Knowledge of building points of entry (POEs) • Knowledge of (C)CCNR/SSNR • Knowledge of IDF rooms and server floors • Ability to support data centre technical fit-out projects • Ability to coordinate Engineering, IT Operations, construction, and telecom contractor teams • Ability to track project milestones, contractor deliverables, and punch-list clearance • Ability to conduct inspections, surveys, and site walks • Ability to manage ordering, delivery, and storage of materials and parts • Ability to resolve technical issues and escalate appropriately • Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship
