📋 Description
• Support Global Corporate Strategy team to identify and deliver transformative revenue growth opportunities • Conduct research on JLL's competitive landscape and industry • Collaborate with Corporate Development, Product, Corporate Finance, and executive teams • Provide insights for ongoing strategy development and brief leadership on competitor activities • Support broader strategy team projects that involve competitive and industry research
🎯 Requirements
• At least 7 - 10 years of experience in strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting at a top-tier firm • Proficient in market sizing, trend analysis, sector studies, competitive intelligence, business model development, M&A, product/service benchmarking • Expertise in the real estate and technology industries a plus • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science or related field; MBA or Masters' degree in similar fields a plus • Excellent research, problem-solving and analytical skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel modeling
