📋 Description

• Define and implement new Smart Building Platform installations • Review mechanical systems documentation to identify monitoring points that drive value in energy, maintenance, or equipment reliability • Integrate monitoring points into the Smart Building Platform • Analyze client mechanical system documentation and deliver insights through SkySpark and SBP analytics • Integrate building management/automation systems, energy management systems, and other systems monitoring and controlling equipment and spaces • Establish connections to remote systems with vendors, clients, site facility teams, networking, and information security teams • Review Smart Building Platform and SkySpark analytics output • Work with site engineering and maintenance teams to correct root causes of detected anomalies • Ensure data quality and continuous data flow from monitored systems and points • Troubleshoot remote-system connection issues with on-site resources and colleagues • Develop, document, and review new Smart Building Platform analytics for rollout across client sites • Use artificial intelligence to strengthen Smart Building Platform deliverables • Analyze facilities, maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and reliability data to determine best practices • Perform building, meter, and equipment-level energy analysis and calculate energy savings and ROI • Analyze equipment operation and sequences of operations and suggest improved control strategies • Communicate analysis results to maintenance technicians, building automation experts, facility managers, and senior leaders • Support site engineering teams in troubleshooting equipment failures • Report results through standardized SBP and custom reports • Train clients to review SBP analytics and perform analysis • Assist clients in developing custom SBP dashboards • Develop case studies and reports and perform system demonstrations for business development • Identify cost-reduction and service-expansion opportunities • Collaborate with JLL groups to refine and develop products and services

🎯 Requirements

• BS in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar); equivalent work experience will be evaluated and considered in lieu of desired degree • 3+ years of hands-on SkySpark Analytical experience • Proven ability to interpret SkySpark data, identify actionable insights, and generate Work Orders leading to measurable energy savings • Significant experience with other analytical systems may be considered • 2+ years of relevant facilities energy management experience • Knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts related to the built environment • Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems, and commissioning across commercial offices and datacenters • Strong oral and written communication skills in Business English • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Presentation skills • Smart building technology knowledge • Experience with Fault Detection and Diagnostics systems • Energy management knowledge • Reliability engineering knowledge • Project management knowledge • Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Professional Engineer (PE), Niagara Certification (or similar) • Project Haystack tagging convention • Familiarity with SkySpark’s proprietary coding language, Axon • Axon Query Development and coding • ASHRAE knowledge highly desired • Experience working in a Global Organization
