📋 Description

• Provide data-driven facilities management insights using Smart Building Platform (SBP) and SkySpark • Work to provide significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time • Coordinate resolution of recommended enhancements and improved control strategies • Perform energy analysis and provide energy savings calculations • Work with project teams to integrate different building management/automation systems • Ensure data quality and continuous data flow from all monitored systems • Communicate results of data analysis clearly to different levels of the organization

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex HVAC systems • Knowledge of sustainability and energy principles • Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems • Strong oral and written communication skills in Business English • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
