📋 Description
• Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with clients • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve urgent issues • Draft ad-hoc confirmations requests from counterparties • Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years knowledge of drafting confirmations that support the 2002 and 2006/2021 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions. • Intermediate negotiation skills • Intermediate experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products. • Ability to advise/support risk, legal, and trading, and propose solutions across documentation
